Arabian Ethicals was established in 1977 to service the pharmaceutical industry as an agent for the management, storage, and distribution of manufacturers’ brands to both the private and governmental sectors.

Today, Arabian Ethicals has grown into one of the leading healthcare distributor in UAE, distributing 50 brands across its pharmaceutical core business, animal health, and consumer division.

Strategically headquartered in Dubai Silicon Oasis, we operate from eight light industrial units that span a total of 2,880 square meters.

Arabian Ethicals imports more than 50 brands from various multinational pharmaceutical, consumer, and animal health manufacturers, and manages a nation-wide distribution network.

For 35 years, Bassam has managed the operational, marketing and selling activities of several reputable manufacturers’ brands, strategically positioning the animal health division to meet stakeholders’ long-term development goals. Today, the division is one of the top animal-health product marketers in the UAE. Bassam believes in the win-win philosophy of working with trusted, strategic partners.

SANDRA SHALABY Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance Manager

Sandra holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Alexandria University and started her career in sales working for large multinational companies before she moved to regulatory affairs. Sandra facilitates the registration of products, manages our pharmacovigilance programme, maintains quality management and oversees activities related to the storage and distribution of healthcare products and their services.

Bader ensures that Arabian Ethicals’ credit and collections cases are handled according to company policy. With 11 years in government and 8 years in banking, he has enjoyed verifiable success in capitalizing on growth opportunities, improving bottom-line performance and optimizing efficiencies. By delivering value-added systems and procedures, Bader excels at working in unison with customers, staff and key internal/external stake holders.

ABDALLA ALBANNACommercial Director

Abdalla boasts over two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry--where he has held diverse roles on both the principal and distributor sides. This extensive experience has equipped him with comprehensive end-to-end knowledge, spanning from procurement, pharmaceutical production, supply and demand planning, to sales and promotion, as well as distribution to retailers.

Mohamed has more than two decades of experience in the pharma industry: after starting his career as medical representative with Glaxo Smith Klein in Egypt and a short assignment in Saudi Arabia, he moved to Tabuk Pharmaceuticals where he held various roles with increasing responsibility up to the level of National Sales Manager for the UAE.

GHADA RADI
Finance Manager

Ghada has over 18 years experience in Financial Planning & Analysis and has worked in some of the most renowned companies such as Pfizer, Alcaten and Al Futtaim. She holds a degree in Accounting from Ain Shams University, Egypt and a degree in M.S.G. (Maitrise de Sciences de Gestion) from Poitiers University, France. Her expertise spans around the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reporting for country and regional level where she ensures the integrity of the balance sheets through establishment of appropriate processes within the organisation.

Arabian Ethicals Pharmacovigilance Form

Using this form healthcare professionals can report any suspected Adverse Reaction (AR), Medication Error (ME) and Adverse Event experienced from any of the drug product within the stipulated timeframe as defined in DoH policies, even if reporters are not certain that the particular medicinal product was the cause.

Unintended adverse effects, drug abuse, overdose, interaction (including drug-drug and drug-food interactions) and unusual lack of therapeutic efficacy are all considered to be reportable suspected Adverse Reactions (AR).
